About BoothMemo

BoothMemo is a white-label platform for video guestbooks. You create an event, brand it with your logo, colours, messages and language, and connect a tablet with a single QR code — it becomes a branded booth. Guests walk up and leave a short video, selfie or audio message, then get their own recording back through a private QR code or email. You keep every memory in one gallery.

Two kinds of people use BoothMemo:

• Operators — event and photo-booth businesses who run branded booths for their own clients, event after event, as a product they resell.
• Hosts — anyone who wants to put a tablet at their own wedding, birthday or party and run it themselves, for a single event.

Most booth apps stamp the vendor's brand on someone else's celebration, hand back files through clumsy shared links, and treat privacy as an afterthought. We thought the people running events deserved better: a tool that looks like their brand, delivers each guest only their own clip, and is private and compliant by default.

• White-label, end to end — your client's logo, palette and copy. Guests never see us.
• Private delivery — each guest gets a private QR to their own recording, not one shared gallery link.
• Multilingual — the guest flow speaks several languages, picked per event.
• GDPR-native — consent capture and retention windows are built in, not bolted on.
• EU-built — designed and hosted in the EU, with tenant data isolated at the database.

BoothMemo is built and operated by Cleoda SRL in Romania (EU). We're a small team that cares about the craft of the product and about doing right by the data people trust us with. We grew BoothMemo out of running real events ourselves.
